I live in a new development by woods. Me and my friends claim there's a yeti that lives in them, angry because we've been taking away it's home. This rumor started last fall when I was walking my dog by the woods. Sticks crunched and I saw something big and white, maybe eight feet tall, moving around there. My dog saw it too, he was trying to pull toward it. I panicked and pulled him away from there. I told my mom it might have been a big dog, with a loss for anything else to say, but it was way too big.

My friend who lives a street away said he saw it in the same woods, very close to where I saw it.

His cousin, who lives on the same street as him, said he saw it on their three acre woods eating a rabbit.

I am referring to people who seem to be abused for choices they never made....
Dont you feel for people who have to hide in darkness....to prevent the colour of their skins from being realized?
Dont you feel for fellow human beings mocked for following a certain religion, by others who keep on insisting they are the only ones who are right?

Havent they(the discriminators) thought that the "odd one" in a group also has a heart, a life - blood flowing through his veins, a mother and father who loves (or loved) him?Maybe, maybe he/she has some talent that may shake the world for the better? Why not give him a good chance?

My request to those who are reading this:
You may know atleast someone who is held back by those who despise him/her. He/she may be the odd one,but so what? Why not give him a chance?Push back the haters -Give him/her your friendship and dont let the haters push him/her back any further. Give him something to cheer about!

I will thank everyone who read this :)

Who else is fed up of these charity adverts about African poverty, trying to make us feel guilty if we where the ones that made them poor. It is historic fact that Africa has never been as rich as it was when under European control, and when we left the countries we left them with the infrastructure to carry on civilized and have a growing economy. But did it?!?!? No, they squabbled and ruined the place and now they blame us, and look for our support at the same time. Why our they constantly trying to make us feel guilty?

I know this question will generate alot of race-baiting, so please keep your comments civil.

Has anyone noticed the disparities in this case?

I truly understand why the south is called the "Dirty South, if you will.

Small town blatant racism, corruption, bureaucracy,
and bigotry are alive & well in Jena, Louisiana, let alone, other U.S. southern small towns that have yet to come forth with their racial atrocities.

This case is getting little, if any national media coverage. How can that be?

Again, can we all please address this question in a civil manner?

Thank You Kindly.

I just ask about it, because I heard that people in America think that Poland is old, you know like in middle ages for example I was read a book and there was something like that: boy was wearing silk, black blouse and jeans, girl said that mayby in Poland it will be really trendy, but in America it isn't. Probably it's not the best example, but you know what I'm trying to say.......so what do you think about Poland?

I'm starting to feel very uncomfortable in clubs and bars, or in fact just walking down the street on an evening at the weekend. There seems to be so much hostility. Last night I could've been in three fights for example, but instead just made a joke out of the situation and walked away, but why do people do it? What is with all the attitude? It ruined the night for me and I actually left early so I'm not in the best of moods this morning. Still I keep thinking that I could've dealt with things better. What situations have you had arise and how have you dealt with them?
