I just ask about it, because I heard that people in America think that Poland is old, you know like in middle ages for example I was read a book and there was something like that: boy was wearing silk, black blouse and jeans, girl said that mayby in Poland it will be really trendy, but in America it isn't. Probably it's not the best example, but you know what I'm trying to say.......so what do you think about Poland?

I went to Poland last November, and I loved it. Parts were really rustic (the town we stayed in, Lwowek Slaski, was really tiny and poor), but Boleslawiec was really nice. There was a lot of old stuff, but most people were wearing the same kinds of clothes one finds in other parts of Europe.

In Lwowek Slaski, we stayed in a 16th century palace. It was wonderful.

I don't know what people in the States are wearing now, though, lol, I haven't been there in almost three years.

I'd love to go back to Poland though, and spend more time there. It's an amazing country, and the people are very nice.

I think Poland is too Catholic to be good.As a EU citizen myself I'm really concerned about the anti gay and very conservative pro Catholic sentiment in that country.
I'm also not very happy with the way they cater to US interest.Good for them they booted communism but it seems to me they still have a lot to learn about being free.
