We have been dating for about 2 1/2 weeks and he told me this morining that he got me a little something for Valentines day...what does that mean? I got him a card and some chocolate dipped fortune cookies that have cute little messages in them....should I get something else too? Like love coupons or something?

well, today is valentines day and my boyfriend came up to me with a teddy bear & flowers. then he tells me that he got someone else to go pick it out for me. am i wrong for being a little mad? it was really nice of him until he told me that...he should have picked it out himself it would have been more special to me.

Ok I have gone out with this guy about 7 times in the past 2 1/2 weeks so we are VERY new but are very into eachother. I do not want to write something too mushy and scare him off but I do want it kind of sweet. I need help on what to write. Anyway, for some reason, I decided to call her the day before valentines day to ask her out, but she didn't answer, so I left a message and told her to call me back. I know she is single, but I also think she may already have plans with some of her other girlfriends. Anyway, I want to ask her out but I will look stupid if she already has plans. I know this isn't a question but I just want to let everyone know something. God has worked in my life for several years and has changed my outlook on life in so many ways. For all of those people out there who didn't have a special valentine this year, just let God be your valentine all year long! Should I be upset that I won't be getting anything for valentines Day? okay, so my husband & i are kinda squabbling right now but i want to smooth that over. unfortunately, i'm kinda broke AND short on time & privacy (that is, i'm working all day & he picks me up after, so i can't surprise him with a gift or dinner). i doubt he's getting/doing anything for Vday for me, he's not the type (last year he got me something but didn't give it to me till the middle of March!).
so, what do i do? should i even bother doing anything? if so, what can i do, like write a poem or something?
