I need k (field) card(k)=n, n has not the form p^q where p is prime and q is natural how do i build k? is there a k to satisfy this?

for p^q whith that character we have Zp[x]/(poly)
where poly is in Zp[x] and poly is irreductible and grad(poly)=q

The warden of a jail goes to the 100 prisoners in the jail and tells them he has a problem with overcrowding.

He devises the following test where he will put a hat, either white or black, on the head of each of prisoner. There will be at least one hat of each color, but beyond that there is no limit to the number of hats of each color. The prisoners can see everyone else's hat, but their own. After the test commences, they will not be able to signal or otherwise communicate other than to say 'WHITE' or 'BLACK'. He also says that the test will be all pass or all fail. So everyone must state their hat correctly, but if any one person states incorrectly, all 100 prisoners will be executed.

The prisoners are given 20 minutes to discuss the situation and then will have the hats placed on their heads. So they go and discuss for some time. And after they come back, the warden starts the test. Interestingly, each of them answers correctly and hence all are released. How?

I'm aware that Abel proved that there is no formula to factor polynomials of degree 5 and higher, but I understand that you can represent these equations as matrices, and then the eigenvalues are the roots of the equation. How can I construct the matrix for the formula expressed above so that I can find its roots by finding the eigenvalues?

OK, there are three men who are sentenced to death. One man has very high intelligence, the next man has average intelligence and the last man has low intelligence (this is importannt apparantly) The person who is incharge of hanging them says " OK because it is Friday and I am nice I will let one of you go, I have three black dots and two white dots, I am gong to blindefold you and put one dot on each of your heads. You are not allowed to talk or make any form of communictaion. Then you must guess which colour dot is on your head. Whoever gets it right first goes free" There are no mirrors and no one is allowed to help you. You are not allowed to remove the dot or swap dots. There is a logical answer. Then the man with high intelligence says, "I have a black dot on my head" How did he knoe? But I don't know it. HELP ME

In hypothesis testing (in both paired and unpaired situation), when you deal with small samples you cannot use the student t test. Instead, you have to rely on nonparametric tests. They are called nonparametric because unlike the t test, they do not rely on the assumption that the underlying distribution is normal (with a relevant mean and standard deviation).

The question is how small is small? Different sources mention different minimum sample size so you can use the t test. Otherwise, you can't.

So, in your expert opinion what size sample do you need? Make sure to explain why and mention your background and reference. Explanation, credentials, reference will be heavily weighted in my rating the answer.
