I just read a statement that says, "According to the chance-presupposition of Evolution, randomness and blind chance must produce a net INCREASE in the order and complexity seen in the Universe (when matter and energy interact with each other)."

for millions of years we have been evolving naturally, and in the past 200 years we have started curing diseases and performing successful operations thanks to the knowledge we have gained from science. But couldn't all of this be throwing a wrench into the works? We are fighting against natural selection with modern medecine...is this going to slowly halt our evolution? Is modern medecine going to stop us from evolving into the gods we are meant to be?

Humans are always making their lives easier and more suited to their needs. We have become completely isolated from nature, we create our own ideal surroundings which suit our present form almost perfectly. I don't see any reason for us to continue evolving, since we are no longer trying to adapt to our changing environment, but we artificially adapt our environments to suit our needs. I think if any evolution is taking place it would probably be that we are becoming more physically appealing, since that's the only thing we change through natural selection. what do you think?

Most of the EM techniques like Cryo EM study microtubules in solution not in cell samples. I wanna see it in the cells. What about freeze fracture deep etching EM? I would like to know about the solutions (name) what they do and the time of treatment. I mean a general steps of the experiment if possible mention the equipment used for this.

Is it possible to still see microtubule catastrophe if stained with immunogold?
