I just read a statement that says, "According to the chance-presupposition of Evolution, randomness and blind chance must produce a net INCREASE in the order and complexity seen in the Universe (when matter and energy interact with each other)."

In this statement, blind chance means without any outside or directing influence (i.e. without a god or supreme being). Net increase means that although various genes and traits may appear and dissappear, over time there is an overall increase in the complexity and diversity of genetic traits.
