Is that the name of it? World Market? Has anyone ever heard of it or does anyone know what I am talking about and can you tell me where I can find out more information about it? And, could you possibly tell me where it's located at in Savannah? A friend of mine was telling me about it. He says they sell all kinds of foreign as well as domestic stuff there. Like an idiot, I thought I'd remember. I ordered a surprise tea set for my wife and need to email her the details. I'd like to find it. My income tax rate is 15% and if sold, the proceeds would be subject to capital gains. The house is in good condition now but over time rentals would deminsh the value. Pets could not be allowed. A property manager will eat up at least 10% plus renewals each year. Property taxes are $4,000 per year.
