In order to be a 'rated' game, are any robots allowed or must all the players be real people? What are all of the requirements for a hearts game to be 'rated'?

Also, I can't seem to "join" a game without being booted. I'v tried to start my own table, but players just come and go without stopping to play. And my "invitations" to other players who are online in hearts (but apparently not involved in a game) are always declined.

How do I get my own 'rated' game of hearts going?

do i need a java outlet or something.. it says that the page is done but it is blank and i try clicking the link that says wait three minutes and if it doesnt load click this and i do and nothing happens? i wish icould play games please contact me up if you have fixed this prob or have any suggestions thanks... i do love yahoo games
