In order to be a 'rated' game, are any robots allowed or must all the players be real people? What are all of the requirements for a hearts game to be 'rated'?

Also, I can't seem to "join" a game without being booted. I'v tried to start my own table, but players just come and go without stopping to play. And my "invitations" to other players who are online in hearts (but apparently not involved in a game) are always declined.

How do I get my own 'rated' game of hearts going?

when you join a table,be sure its rated,it will say under the lounge table listing.you can make a table, click rated when you do.its needs to have at least 2 real people playing against each other.
your rate may have a bearing on getting booted or people declining your invites.prov and low rates have trouble getting games going.play in lounge that best matches your rating..social lounge seems to be the best to play in as people there are less likely to boot. good luck, hope this helps.
