Where can I find solitary and other card games that are usually already installed in PC?

well first you go to start, then click on it. then go to all programs, games will either be under accessories or will be on the list under games.

They should be under your start on the left side of your PC (screen) or the window button on your keyboard. Go up to where games are. They should all be listed under that. Depending on what version of windows you have depends on what games come preinstalled.
