I have had a lot of trouble finding any. In fact, I have two different maps I'm filling in with the shiniest I can find of each state. For every other release so far, I've come across more than I need, but I don't remember even seeing ONE from Illinois. If anyone has a couple sharp looking ones, I'd be more than happy to pay you to send them my way.

In the underground mode, i have progressed 14/111. to participate in the next race I have to have a reputation star for my car. But whatever i try to customize my car, I can't get a reputation star?
