My b/f wants some of my famed frice (fried rice), but I don't want to screw it up for him (I might be nervous), the recipe says this:

1 green onion
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed
4 cups cold cooked rice
1 - 2 tablespoons light soy sauce or oyster sauce, as desired

Yet I want ONLY 2 CUPS of rice, not 4. How would you scale everything else down so the proprotions are still the same? I'm naturally a disaster at math so...any help?

I went to the mall today while my boyfriend was at work and i got a free makeover cause i bought some lip gloss and other stuff , well anyways i looked good and i was hoping that when i got home he would notice it and say something well he didnt till i said something he was oh u look like a clown i was like WHAT?! he started laughing and said he was kidding but then he just smiled at me ...Does this mean he liked it?

A poster in another thread stated this and it seems to make some sense. It does seem that girls will use jealousy tactics to try to get a guy they are interested in more interested in them. To get his attention or more of it.

But is it a stretch to say that they have deep feelings/like him a lot if they are trying to use jealousy tactics?

there is this girl who i was talking to like everyday until 2 weeks ago when everything changed, suddenly she just stopped talking to me , she has a bf but they have not been in good terms as of late. anyhow we were talking about her problems and she told me she totally trusted me.she also didnt want me moving too far fromher cause we were gettin to know each other n started goin out, but now she just totally ignores me and my messages i send on myspace, my text messages, and at church she just really doesnt seem to wanna talk to me. ive invited her to go out and eat or something but she always has something else to do. i dont get it. i just wanna be her friend first and she still pushes me away and doesnt even tell me why when i ask her. what could it be? i did nothing wrong , atleast i dont think i did and if i did i have asked her to let me know and she doesnt. thanks. in advance ooooo i forgot to mention her sis did the same thing she has stopped talkin to me as well.wat gives!

If one of your older guy friends compliments you on say, a drawing you did and says something like "I could never draw something as good as that" seriously, with no hint of sarcasm, even when he is a spectacular artist, how would you react. Does this mean he likes you. He puts you at the top of his friends lists on his spaces even though you don't hang out much. I'm 2 years younger than him, but its not that much. Okay there is this guy at school and he is really sweet, but this is just what I have heard from some of my friends and some people that know him! I have wrote him a note or two and he doesn't ever reply but he shows them to his friends and even some of mine and he thinks it is sweet, but he just wont talk to me and i cant figure out why?!? Ok well i have been coughing ALOT sence last week, i use to live in MO and it snowed alot and got really cold so i normaly dont get sick here in AZ but i started coughing alot and really hard, and i found out that if i cant stop coughing soon den its gonna cause a Broncidise infection ( donno how to spell it ) and wit can lead to emonia ( how eva u spell it ) and i could die from it.....i dont know how to tell my friends, but i dont want to wait cus it might be to late when i go to tell them.....and most of all How do i tell this guy i really like ( he hates me though ) but we talk somtimes, and idk if he still cares fo me, but i want him to no....how do i tell him, he usaly ignores me alot when i try talkin to him....PLS HELP!!!!!!!!
