I like the second one. She is absobutely cute. Beautiful hint of a smile, teasing and sexy. For a start it is a better picture. So really it is unfair to compare the three as the first and third are not flattering to the girls.

the first one looks plain but pretty fresh faced natural
2nd one looks as if she used a more expensive camera, she seems confidant
3rd one looks ok
