Okay there is this guy at school and he is really sweet, but this is just what I have heard from some of my friends and some people that know him! I have wrote him a note or two and he doesn't ever reply but he shows them to his friends and even some of mine and he thinks it is sweet, but he just wont talk to me and i cant figure out why?!? Sombody HELP ME!!!!!!

You may have to wait until he's older and develops some courage and/or communication ability.
But yeah -- you can try walking up to him and forcing the issue. There's much more chance that it goes well than that it goes painfully badly.

personally i dont like notes. id prefer if she just came up to talk to me. so go for it and if he is a nice guy he will talk with you.
