okay so i liked this guy for 3 years. i kinda gave up on him and now hes telling me he likes me! idk what to do.. i mean he said that he liked me for 2 years. He never asked me out or anything but i mean he told me he liked me! Is that not weird. During the years i liked him he knew...so is he lieing??

ok i like this guy who rides my bus. we are both 14. i'm a freshman in high school and he's in 8th grade because he failed last year because he was with the wrong crowd. i mean, he was like drunk every night and smokin pot and stuff. but since i met him (i moved here last month) he's been a really nice guy, and he's straightened up. he doesnt drink or smoke pot anymore, and he's concentrating on his studies. i sit with him on the bus sometimes, and we listen to his ipod, because there are some songs on there that we both like. he's kinda shy now, think like emo-boy. he's really nice, and i like him a lot. he knows where i live and stuff, which i think is awesome. but i really like him, and i want him to like me so we can go out. i dont know if he already does, so if any guys out there could tell me what they like, especially if you are kinda like him, that would be great. I was with this really hot guy who always compliments me, but he always compliments girls using really innappriate language like 'Your boobs are amazing,' 'Your so hot, lets have sex.' This question is directed towards men, please. There is this guy at work that looks me up and down with a smile on his face every time he sees me, winked at me once and has called me honey several times. He asked me two weeks ago if I had a boyfriend and I told him no. He knows I like him because I told him so a year ago. Problem is he is in a position above me so we have had very few interactions since then. Until two weeks ago! For some reason, he has started smiling at me every time he sees me, saying "How did I know you were going to come in here?" when I would walk in his office to ask him something, touch my arm or fingers whenever he passed me something, turn my way when speaking to me. Generally about two of the above mentioned happen a day. We've never talked outside of work. Why is he acting this way all of a sudden? Can men reach a point where they just can't hold back anymore and eventually go after the one they want? We are both in our early thirties. Thanks!
