I would try not holding it as often. When you feel the need to crap go use the restroom instead of crapping in your undies. Also, if this problem persists buy boxers or darker colored underwear that will help. Or you can just start wearing adult diapers.
I would also recommend not dropping Cleveland steamers until your underwear is all the way off. I'm wondering if this is your problem.
