Friends - October 2006

Ok I really need help with this one. At my high school I sit at a table with a bunch of my friends but some of the other ppl that sit there are really beginning to piss me off. Half of the group sort of had a big falling out during the summer and we basically don't even talk anymore..so why are they still sitting with us. I want to find a nice way to resolve the issue so i don't seem like a total *****..help!!!

Hi I've been best friends with my best friend (duh) since we first met in 6th grade. Everything was really great and cool up until now, our first year of college. She met a new girl that always bugs her to hang out with her and stuff. They were hanging out a few months or so and I was still her best friend but lately she has suddenly stopped calling me period, and when I call she won't pick up and wont return my calls. THis all started because she got mad that I wouldn't take a job with her that was a 20 minute drive away!!

Should I just let her go? What did i do wrong!?

I have this metro guy friend who you can easily fall in love with when your together, he takes me out to eat, long car rides that are so romantic ect. but when we are apart it's like...out of sight out of mind. He sends mixed signals all the time. What should I think/do?

how does one know when they have gotten a true freind ship and not a fake one...and in the past you've been hurt by poeple and you don't know whos being true or not...how do you know if you a have a really true friend?

muh best friend is getting mad at me 4 nothing she keeps saying that im doing everything rong but when i ask her wat did she cant tell me cuz she says that i already no. shes making up lies bout me and when i say no i didnt she just gets madder. i really need help here should i keep her as a friend or leave her behind?

She tells her mom that he hits her, kicks her in the eye, and does other mean things when he didn't. We were watching, and the little girl doesn't know we were there, she thought they were in the yard unsupervised. So anyway, she'll run in, starting to cry right before she opens the door, and tell us that he did these mean things. If we call her on it and tell her we were watching and she's not telling the truth, she'll quit crying, say 'oh', walk out the door, and try the same thing with her mother, who believes her every time. It's affecting our friendship. Her little girl is sweet and dainty, while my little boy looks like a football player, so everyone acts shocked and treats my little boy bad because they think my big ol' boy is beating up their tiny little girl. I've even went over there and told the mom that I was watching and the little girl is lying, as have my older children. So the mother might tell her to quit lying, but the very next time it happens, she believes her again

A guy friend of mine was putting down all women in our sociology class today. It was actually kind of brave cause he's like one of 4 guys in the class. Anyway, he came visiting today and my roommate and myself managed to get him tied to the chair with some of our belts and a runned pair of hose. He's pretty helpless now and we were thinking of giving him a makeover and putting a dress with the works on him. Maybe even curling his hair, plucking his eyebrows, or shaving his legs to teach him a lesson. Should we or shouldn't we? And if we should how far should we go? He's not going anywhere :) and we need to decide soon. I've got some outfits that'd look great on him.

she said one price.. then changed it . I work and pay my bills but I was actually buying the car for my brother who is about to have a baby.. I TRYING TO HELP MY BROTHER OUT.. anyways she changed the price to a higher price and said if I cant afford it then she will have to sell it to someone else .. we are no longer friends cause I dont asscociate with liars but I just want to know what would u do?

Okay, one of my friends has always had problems with me, she is immature and annoying. Behind my back, she said to my best friend, 'I cant wait for Jen and Tommy to break up' and I asked her why she said that. She said 'You act different when you have a boyfriend' So, I asked all my other friends and they said I didnt. She is always mean to my boyfriend too. I hate her now. Did I really do anything wrong? I dont think I did. Im not friends with her anymore.

I think I'm being stalked by this guy. I've only talked to him once a couple weeks before, I asked him a question about homework. I had to go type up an essay and as I was going to library, I saw him and his friends hanging around down the hall. There was actually a class in there, so I couldn't use the computer. I went outside through another door on the other side of the library, and as I was going out, I see him coming in through the door I came in from. I start walking to the benches and I turn around. He's standing in front of the library and he's staring in my direction. The next day, I'm at lunch with my friends in the caf. He usually eats outside, but this time he sits by himself at the table across from mine. Two of his friends are in another class of mine, and they keep whispering to each other while staring at me. This guy is a grade above me, and we don't know each other at all. What's up with him?
