I don't know about you, but where I live, you can go to a building next to city hall and request information about anyone. Most people's info are listed as private, though, and they won't show you, but you can try. Or steal their mail. That works too.

Here's an idea: go over and knock on the door and introduce yourself. That's how you get to know your neighbors!

Yes, go to their front door and knock. Introduce yourself and offer them your hand.
Should work.
Then go to the house (site) on the other side of your place and do the same.

If you live in a house go to the apprasil district and you can see the names of everyone on your street.
