that american idol is fixed so sanjaya makes in to the top 10 or maybe longer so little girls will buy tickets when they go on tour?

Just curious to know who is/isn't interested in watching the movie. I saw some of it when I was younger but for the most part I don't remember a lot of it. I know many people have mixed feelings and a lot of curiosity.

24 used to be the best show on TV. Now its looking more like a circus. I think it's jumped the shark. From mentally challenged computer experts, to a 30 something black president with a goatee coming out of a coma looking like he is ready to play football and finally a stolen kiss in the hall of CTU in the middle of a nuke crisis. I know its not reality tv, but com'on. Thoughts?

I'm gonna date myself here...one of my favorites was the Right Guard commercial where the guy opens the medicine chest and there's another guy on the other side. (He lives in the apartment next door and they share the medicine chest) "Oh, Hi Guy!" "Mona!" (snicker) I also loved the Alka Seltzer "I Can't Believe I Ate That Whole Thing" Commercials used to be so much more fun.....and you KNEW what they were advertising. More recently, I used to love the Joe Boxer guy (happy little black guy dancing around in his underwear) and the "Rubber Band Man" (I think he was for Office Depot). I also liked Steve...the Dell computer kid. But it seems like they take all the good commercials off the air and run the idiotic ones (anything having to do with natural male enhancement) into the ground. Just like they do with all the decent TV shows...they cancel tham and leave all the crap on the air.

People used to clap and cheer, now it's all high pitched squeals and yelps.This happens in nearly all shows now(especially dancing on Ice, X factor, Deal or no deal etc.) and even occurs when someone is actually singing or talking.
I've not heard anyone else complain about this so it makes me think I'm turning into Victor Meldrew, it really gets on my t1ts.Is there anyone else out there who feels the same?
