can't find O.C. season 4 primier... help?

Hello, the season 4 primier is supposed to be on today at 9pm on fox, however I have checked my listings and there is no O.C. the only fox is WJBK. Look at this link here:

I live in Ottawa, (Nepean), ontario and am subscribing to Rodgers cable. Where is the O.C.?

Does anyone remember the programme 'The Chase' on BBC1? What was the outcome of the story?

It had Gaynor Faye in it and was about a vets practice. Keith Barron was in it as well playing the Dad. Does anyone know if it's available to buy?

Liza Minnelli?

I was really impressed with Liza Minnelli staring in CSI and I remembered how good an actress she is. She is most remembered for her singing, among others the song " New-YorK, New-York". fronm one of her movies. It was such a pleasure to see her. I hope she continues starring in the movies. What's your insight about this possibility? Her voice is not as it use to be, but she certainly can act!

Friends Spin off Joey axed. What should they have done?

What should the writers have done to make it a better show? I thought it would make it like Frasier. They could have made Joey a little smarter, brought on more of his family, given him a serious nemisis like some dude way cuter than him that got his goat. What do you think they could of done or was it hopeless?
