I think so. It just goes to show taht employers dont' want good people. They dont' want individuals who think and can do things and make things happen. You'd think that talented people rise to the top. Actually, if your'e more talented than someone else above you, they'll just get threatened and boot you out. So talent doesn't rise, it just gets ejected.
Then we wonder why corporate america is so *(&@! up.
