Television - 19 July 2006

When ever I'm watching a show on fox, the volume is a little bit too low, but as soon as the commercials come on, the volume increases dramatically. I find annoying that I have to constantly change the volume every time I'm on fox. EX: On the show 24, for some reason, the volume is very low and I have to put it all the way up so I can get into it, but when the show ends, some commercial about goodyear tires, or mcdonalds, or toyota comes on and is very loud.

I feel it has. If you don't know what I'm talking about, look at the main great shows on local televison. You have House on FOX, Two and a Half Men on CBS, My Name is Earl on NBC, Supernatural on WB, Lost on ABC, and Everybody Hates Chris on UPN. These shows have good charcaters, good story, and something to keep you interested. So, do you feel like I do that tv writers have stepped up their game. Because I'm geniunely impressed.

ok, i'm still relatively young (21) but I remember the days when cartoons were great. Remember.... animanicas, voltron (my all time favorite), freakazoid, ducktales, quackpak, chip n' dale, talespin....I could go on for days. what's going on these days? it's like there's no talent out there. I mean..."my gym partner's a monkey...ed, edd, and eddy....coconut fred....what's going on? does anyone agree with me? God bless u all.

and TOO Much Commercials . . . I Tivo it ! But my Gosh, the people who don't have Tivo ?! Help Them .

Any favorites? Think Dmitry is Gay ? Not a problem with that, just a little disapointing. If he is from Greece . . .how come he was speaking Russian? He HUGGED that guy . . like Really Hugged him . . he. . he...he ! Don't think his chest is That Great ! He sure was not in his element doing the Lindy Hop. And he makes poor Donyelle look like she is too heavy and as though she is weighing him down . . .I don't even think he is that weak . . he just ACTS like he can't lift her because he wants to emphasize her weight to get her eliminated. He'd look better if someone had bought him some teeth braces when he was young.

In the Episode where Kramer wears the Technicolor Dreamcoat and the Wigmaster stays at Georges... when Jerry and Kramer roll up to Elaine, the Wigmaster and another lady, they all sit down for a minute then everybody takes off leaving Jerry and the Wigmaster drinking Champagne coolies? Then George Hamiltons personal assistant rolls up and asks the Wigmaster out on a date and Jerry feels imasculated because the gay guy asks the Wigmaster out. Jerry says, "How do you know i'm not with him- two guys sitting drinking champagne coolies?"

Manimal, Automan (I got his autograph at a car show once LOL), Misfits of Science (not 100% sure on this name), Whiz Kids, gosh too many to name in this space...some I can' t remember the titles to though, one about a reclusive scientist and his secretary/assistant who solve crimes, set in desert in US Arizona or someplace. I remember one episode in particular where all the kids in a neighborhood got ahold of subliminal control stuff and had control of their parents. Parker Stevenson starred in it. Got any other oldie but (short-lived) goodies?

I have been told by many that The characters in The Wiggles are fag. I have also been told that guys don't dance like that unless they are fag, and that only women like them because they think that they are hot. So I was wondering if you disagree or agree and if you like the show or not and your gender so I can see if the people talking to me is correct.

In case you are wondering I will tell you what I think of the show. I like the show and don't believe the people that tell me that junk and I am a female.

I remember the end of a commercial that had a guy saying something like "I think I hear your tiny divers calling for you... 'Kelp!' " Does anyone else remember this, and what the commercial was for? Probably between mid-70s and mid-80s in the US.
