If you were to go on Dr. Phil's show, what would it be for?
If my family were to go on Dr. Phil, it would be cause my dad's a controlling, anger issued, jerk. Anyways....what would you go for?

Just to let yall know. I think Dr. Phil's an idiot too, but I was bored, and my grandmother was watching the show, so I figured I'd ask this.

i'd only go for one reason. to get dr phil to admit that he's not some kinda genius like everyone thinks. my girlfriend watches that crap, and every one of those shows is full of people that dont need a doctor, they need ANYONE WITH HALF A BRAIN. that doctor phil guy is full of crap, and he exploits ppl who are at their last straw, or too stupid to know better.
and oprah is full of sh!t too. i know 2 people that were huge fans of hers till they met her, and said she refused to associate with normal people. she's as isolated as michael jackson and surrounded by people who only strengthen her belief that she's someone on a higher level than the rest of us.
and my dad was the same way. controlling, alcoholic, anger issues. i finished high school, moved out, supported myself, worked my a$s off, bought a house, and now work for myself. and i also managed to patch things up with my dad, no counsellor, no oprah, no doctor phil needed. just common sense, willingness to work at it, and understanding that theres 2 sides to every coin, sometimes you just need to try to see things from the other side, and make the other side see your point of view.

To get my husband's family to admit that they've been enabling one of my brothers-in-law (their son/brother) to be a mooching, drug addicted idiot by making excuses for him & cleaning up his messes his whole life! Oh yea ... and to make the idiot realize he better make a change in his life or he'll never get his kids back.
My side of the family's a different story all together.

I would probably be sent on there by my man because I'm a 20 year old spoiled daddys girl. Anything I want, I get and I'll put up a mean fight in order to get it (it works everytime)!!!!

To get my mother to get out of denial and admit our family has PROBLEMS! But mostly to get my niece (who lives with my mom) into a group home of some kind so she can get some real help before it is too late.
