*Drink water all day long
*Consistently choose their own indulgences and compensations
*Plan their meals in advance, think in terms of menus, and enjoy shopping to create healthful meals.
*Don't snack or eat mindlessly, pay attention to what they are putting into their bodies.
*Enjoy dining in as much as dining out, and love to entertain at home.
*Walk as much as possible, prefer to take the stairs, believe exercise should come in the course of one's natural movement during the day, and frown on the American practice of "working out and sweating at the gym".
*Eat for pleasure.
*Care enormously about how food is presented

It's, lets say, Europe during WWII. You are Jewish and hiding with your friends from Nazis who are right outside the are you are hiding. You are holding a baby with a lung problem. It's parents have been captured and are definately dead. The baby is starting to cry. Any attempts to muffle the crying would mean that the baby can't get enough oxygen into it's weak lungs. You look around and see no way of stopping it from crying. If the Nazis hears you, you will definately be found and killed. In this situation, would it be okay to kill the baby?

I have always felt nice about women crossing their legs gracefully while sitting. I always thought women hated men doing that.
But, recently a lady told me that women too get a wet feel sometimes when seeing men sit cross-legged gracefully. Especially if they are in tight pants or something, the cross-leg and tilt gives them a whole new sexy look.

I have fallen on ice 3 times this winter already!!! Just fell again a little while ago....took Otis out for a walk and slipped on some ice hidden under the snow....real nice! The other 2 times were black ice...
