I'm a student, and I find myself almost falling asleep in class. I don't really sleep THAT late most of the time (like 11ish, 12ish) and I am completely awake and refreshed at night. But sometimes in the mornings and afternoons I catch myself almost drifting off. I don't want to change my lifestyle, I don't want to become a caffeine addict, and apples don't help me stay awake. I just want something that would give me a quick energy boost during the day...
Just curious, what works for you?
