not sure...it jut depends on what kind of make-up and how she puts it on...i see a lot of little girls wearing make-up now a days...it's sad because they wear A LOT of it. BUT, that's just me and i'm glad i don't have to deal with that 'cause i don't have any daughters. PHEW!

Now a days they are wearing makeup in like the 5th and 6th grade arent they? Id say its okay at that age as long as its very lite makeup like a little blush and a little lip gloss.

About 17. Makeup on a female younger than that looks cheap.

About 14 or 15...any younger and they'll wear too much and that makes them look even more immature. And even at 14, you should go extremely light (like, just some mascara and lip gloss). Young people use SO much more makeup than they need...and that causes skin problems later on and makes you look older and clownish if you do it wrong.

my niece wears makeup and she's three.
if a girl wears it to attract guys then she should wait til 15-16 yrs old atleast, but i see nothing wrong with a little girl wearing some fake barbie make up to look cute at any age.

omg your back!!! <3 hey I started wearing make up at the age of 12. But who knows, do you think you look good with make up?? some girls look better with it and some without it. You might be naturally beautiful, but if you want to try I'd say go for it! Oh yeah, and i only wear mascara and eyeliner. none of that blush, powder, etc...

Late teens, maybe.
Teenagers don't need make up it damages their skin. They have a natural fresh glow without that rubbish. I have a niece and we are all trying to tell her that it does damages the skin creates pimples and by the time she will turn 25 if she continues then it will dry out he skin and she ill look years older. Meaning she have to use it to cover up the cracks. It looks horrbile to much make up on a person.
Waste of time. Less is more.

16 plus. There is no reason for young girls to wear bit at all. Personally, I started wearing make up well into my twenties, and I still do not wear it every day.
