i went to one for the pastors daughter. it was at 6pm... dinnertime. we were all starving and there were a TON of people there. when we got up to the tables of food ..... all they had was a wedding cake and those horrible mints. there was one bowl of fruit and me and all my friends converged on it and ate it up. people were CUSSING!!!! we even toyed with the idea of going to the store and getting some wiennes in a blanket and selling them at the reception. we really could have made a killing..... that's one of my big regrets.

You need 1 pkg Deluxe Kraft Mac n Cheese. 1 chopped bell pepper, 1# lean ground beef, 10oz frozen corn (thawed), & 1C chunky salsa. Cook Mac/Cheese while browning meat & pepper in frying pan, drain pan. Add Mac/Cheese, corn & salsa to pan, mix well, stir occasionally. Add fresh tomato and/or cilantro when serving plates. Takes 20', yields 4 2C servings. That's it!
