Ask them a question and when they answer say:''Why''.After they answer say:''why'' again and keep doing this until they get annoyed!It won't take long!LoL!

There are infinite ways to annoy people:
1) Make blatently false accusations of yourself in a public bathroom.
2) Adjust the tint on the TV or computer screen so that all people are red and insist that you "like it that way".
3) As somebody talks, smell their shoulders.
4) Start with probing questions... then just come out and ask people what gender they are.
5) At the laundromat, use a dryer for each article of clothing.
6) Begin all of your sentences with "ooh la la!"
7) Speak in 3rd person.
8) Tawk wike a baby aw da toim.
9) "Allllrighty then!!"
10) Insist that everybody call you "coach".
11) Smell your armpit and whistle when somebody is talking to you. Then offer it to them to smell.
12) Insist that they're wrong about something that happened to them which you weren't even a witness to.
13) Poke them and giggle like the Pillsbury dough-boy.
14) Borrow a handicapped license plate or tag and park in the handicapped spots.
15) Slap people in the face.

Become a troll on P&S and report people for no reason, thats the fastest and most effective way to annoy a hell of alot of people!

Go up to someone talking on there phone in public.
Lean in real close (so close that your ear is touching there phone)and sit ther for and say "what are they saayin?" and just sit there until they freak out.
