Have you ever done something for someone out of the kindness of your heart?

My sister and I were shopping and while we were waiting to be cashed out this woman ahead of us didnt have enough money on her credit card.

So I told my sister to give her some of our money. So when we did I swear to you all her jaw dropped. As if she could'nt believe it. She thanked us so many times. She was so shocked! But that gave me the best feeling in the world.

But it wasnt even about giving her the money it was about the thought that if I did that for someone it would come back to me and if I were ever in that situation someone would be that generous to me.

So my question is I would like to know what's the most generous thing you ever done for someone.
And please if you dont mind feel generouds enough to give me a star :-) Thank you!

This is in my own state i live like 10 mins away and what really hurts me is that their are so many famies that are hurting right now not know know or knowing that their famillies are ok or not. its been on the news here since it happened at 6:05 n now its 10:57 pm so sad n i know someone that fell in the water. just please pray for everyone

1. Give to single mothers with children and other charities.
2. Pay all my familes house payments off and my own debts.
3. Start a new hobbie customizing old car classics.
4. Buy a new Lexxus!!

What do you like about it? Not like?

Why would you ever or never go there?

Would I move there? IN A HEARTBEAT!!!

Nice climate (well, for 10 months of the year,) beautiful scenery, great parks, live music. Okay, so many people are moving there that I don't want to rattle off all the obviously nice things about Austin before the whole world moves there. I learned about Austin not by word of mouth, but my randomly stumbling upon it on I-35 going from Dallas to San Antonio.

I didn't mean to stop in Austin; it stopped me. Now I want to live there.

And, Texans (including many native Austinites) seem particularly friendly. They're on par with many native Brits, Japanese, Koreans, and Indians I've met.

By the way, I'm NOT from California; I know half of Austin is now from California, so I thought I needed to point that out.

When going to the bathroom, look behind the shower curtains to make sure there's no one there?

Instead of walking to bed after you turn the lights off, jump onto it for fear of being snatched by the little "minions" under your bed?

Can't sleep when something in your room is out of place, like an open closet door?

After tripping, turn around and glare at whatever you tripped on?

My neighbor girl (about 18yrs old) came by like 3 out of 5 days to borrow cigs from me. Then a few days later she asked me if she could borrow &5.00 to give a friend gas money to take to get her paycheck & that she'd pay me back in like 20 minutes. I scrounged up $6 It's been like 5 days & I've seen her several times, but don't have the guts to ask if she has the money!! On one hand I keep telling myself it's only $6.00 & on the other hand I keep telling myself she was so friendly & talkative before & now she looks the other way & avoids me. Would you ask her for the money or just let it go?
