I have to go to the dentist, to get my theeth clean, I hate going to the dentist, cause ever since I was about 8 years old, I had to get poked with needles, from docters and dentist, But I have to go, cause I want to take care of myself.

Like sometimes I'm at a grocery store and I don't want to look anyone in the eye because I'm afraid that i would have to smile back at them, because if i don't people would think I'm rude. I'm afraid to talk in front of a crowd, or any adult. At school, i can't focus on my work because I have a feeling someone is watching me, I know they aren't but just the feeling of someone looking at me scares me. I get nervous and I don't know how to react, and I start messing with my nails and fingers in a conversation. No one really knows about it, including my close friends because I act normal in front of them.
I'm afraid of even telling someone or asking for help.
