Have you ever adopted someone or were you adopted?

I'm just looking for opinions from people with experience. Was it, or is it, a good/bad experience? I've always thought I'd have no problem with adopting a child someday, but I'd like to hear from people who have been through it.

If you found a real $100.oo bill and no one was seeking for it would you keep it?

What ever would you spend it on? What would you buy first?
This really happened to me yesterday. I spent all but $5.oo on groceries!
I did look for whomever lost it. I did send up a few prayers for the unlucky soul. I really needed it!
