What is your neighborhood like?

Mine is all 2-3 bedroom houses. No apartments or condo's. The people who live here are (a) retired, mostly from New York, (b) working; mostly either construction or office jobs, (c) many with kids, mostly have dogs, (d) many whites, some blacks, and a few hispanics. Never see any asians here.
I guess the entire neighborhood is about 50 houses. Flat land in South Florida facing the turnpike.

Would this cause an overpopulation of Earth if I were to do this? It's 100% can't fail. I hooked one guy up who was so ugly with a blond bombshell and they have been happily married for a year now. I may make my own website and share the secrets for free or I will write a book and become a billionaire, it just depends on how greedy I am in a month or so when I begin.

I like the idea of a woman having atleast a little bit of say in who she marries. Maybe if her father could pick a few guys out for her to choose from or something like that. I know that it isn't always practical but I do think it is ideal if the woman is happy about the man she is marrying. What do you all think?
