The way my office's building was set up is crazy: the parking lot is in the back of the building so people have to walk all the way around the building to get to the front where I and the lobby are (I'm the receptionist). People just came thru the back door at first so we put a sign on the back door that says "all visitors, including deliveries, please use the entrance at the front of the building". Well, the delivery guy for a restaurant around here obviously can't read as he always comes in through the back door. I asked him today if he would kindly use the front door as our brokers get a little peeved when people come in through the back. And this guy, while standing in the lobby of this office where the big, beautiful front door is just to his left, actually pointed to the front door and said "that door?". I just smiled and said "yes" and he said "but there's no parking there". I wanted to scream when I explained how he'd have to use the sidewalk that leads to the front.

I heard this morning that the Dixie Chicks aren't nominated for any of the American Country Music awards but were nominated for and I believe won a Grammy. They have apologized for what that said about President Bush and his descisions. Do you think they have been punished enough and do you think they are sincere about there apology? And do you think we should cut them a little slack? I love their music, but I am just a little iffy on their outspoken beliefs. Tell me what you think about the whole thing. I would like to know what everyone thinks good or bad. thanks for your comments.
