What does it mean when u call a # and it says it is "temporarily disconnected" how long wil it b like this?

everytime i call my friends phone # it says "this # is temporarily disconnected, no further information is available". what does tht mean. its been doing that since august 28. how long can it be disconnected 4?? when will it start working again? it is a HOME phone

Taking a vote...should I go running or go shopping?

I ate all this greasy pizza for lunch 2 hours ago, and now I feel gross. I feel like going running by the river to burn it off.
But, I also needed to go shopping for new work clothes today. It's not like I really even want to go, but I need to.

What should I do? There's not enough time to do both because stores close in 3 hours.
