Great White Shark
Let me tell you why. First, I love the ocean and would love to be able to explore it and few animals are as well adpated to it as sharks. They can cover more territory, dive deeper, and move faster than nearly any other ocean creature. (Giant Squid would be another good choice). Next, they are very powerful and sleek animals and I have always liked their shape and form (not so much on the squid). I love to swim, so this form would enable me to swim faster and farther than almost any other. Lastly, I like seafood, and Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, and other ocean fish are my favorites. A Great White eats these as well, and I am sure catching it yourself and eating it is fresher than from a grocery store.
I wouldn't eat people, so as to not create even worse misunderstandings between people and sharks. Well, maybe I would make an exception for Paris Hilton. It'd be more a public service anyway. She probablly tastes like chicken.

I thinka Golden Restriver would be the best. They are always so friendly and smart! Also they are great swimmers and they are very athletic. Also lots of famouse people have golden retivers as pets!
