I saw this ring on a distinguished-looking older man on the metro in Northern Virginia and can't identify it. I thought it might be a St. George's Cross, but it's not quite right (the cross doesn't reach the edge of the white area).

What is it? This has been driving us nuts.

I know a 17 year old Chick, she and het Aunt, 32, get along great!!
Sometimes TOOOO great, It's possible that have a CRUSH on each other. Both are SEXY as hell.

I'm interested to know the opposite of the word "wasting". As in "to waste", as one wastes away from a disease or hunger. What is the opposite of that? The process by which one adds strength and fortitude to the body. Ideas? References appreciated, snark ignored.
