I always take the time to go back and reward someone for their effort I always try to if I have time to vote.

That's funny. I always have, until yesterday. I had a question that only got three answers, and though one of them was actually trying to be helpful, nobody really answered the question, so I tried that voting button for the first time.
I hate it. It's like leaving things in limbo. I doubt I'll do it again.

If I was to ask a question then I would read all my response's & if what I was looking for was there then yes, if not then what would I give 10 point's for? An answer I'm still seeking.

I do. If you went through the trouble of reading my question & giving me a well thought out answer, then you should get 10 points for your effort!

I'll sometimes choose "no best answer" if I don't think any of the answers are particularly good.

Sometimes, but when there's no good answers I just delete the question before it goes in the voting period.
