I have heard arguments that opposites attract and having differences keeps things from getting boring. However, I have heard that having more things in common makes for a deeper and more meaningful relationship. So which is better a mate with a similar or opposite personality?

I tell her I don't like mine like that. I like to keep the carrots and cucumbers separate from the lettuce, but she does it anyway. I just came home a few minutes ago and she was tossing my dads salad, but I think he likes it he was grinning about it. What would you do if your grandma refused to quit tossing your salad.
