Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Birmingham, Mobile, Jackson, MS, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Galveston, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Northern Virginia, Baltimore, North Jersey, NYC, Indianapolis, Orlando, Huntsville, Houston

My personal picks:
Friendliest (in order): Galveston, San Antonio, Ft. Worth, Austin, Memphis, Nashville (all are great)!
Least friendly (in order): Louisville (yes, it sucks, I used to live there), North Jersey, Orlando, Dayton, NYC

Yes, believe it or not, NYC was much friendlier than Louisville, I thought; people will actually hold doors open for you and give you directions if you ask for them. I've never been to a place with people so grouchy as L'ville. Texas, on the other hand, is mostly warm and friendly.

For me both r pretty powerful! Tornado has more powerful winds and is very deadly and powerful and awesomebut a hurricane does more widespread damage and it is larger than a tornado and it is awesome too!!
