I saw books at Barns and Noble that are way cheaper than the same book sold on e bay. why? do people think that we're gonna buy with those ridiculous prices?

I own several audio books but with some segments as long as 44 minutes, I can't listen to the middle and end spots after bumps or periodic stops without holding the fast foward button.
