There's something's stuck up in the chimney
and I don't know what it is
but it's been there all night long
Well I waited up for santa all Christmas night
but he never came and it don't seem right
that there is something in the chimney and it doesn't make a sound

OK, I'm looking for song suggestions to use in a slide show I want to make the girls in my troop. They're all entering 6th grade and this is something I want to start working on now and have ready for them when they graduate 6th grade and bridge to Cadette scouts. The pictures are of all the girls and everything we've done over the 6 years we've been together. The troop will likely continue, so this isn't an 'end of the road' kind of thing, but it is the end of their younger years of scouting. They'll be the big girls after this :-) We've done a lot together so I need a few songs :-) They can be fun or meaningful or both, but they must be appropriate language and theme wise if you get my meaning.

and why are they just thrown into the same category? I think it is because of all this "hip-hop" "Rap" and "RnB" sh!t. (real r n b isn't bad but the radio definition of today is horrible) crap sounds the same to me, and I know those who like it think that my 3 categories all sound the same, so why do they get 3 categories and I only 1?

I'm want to buy a new guitar. I was looking in a store and I saw this guitar, and I tried and out and liked it, and its the perfect size for me. I like: Metro Station, The White Stripes, The Fratellis, Emily Haines, Bloc Party, The Strokes, Minus The Bear, The Pixies, Bright Eyes, Jeff Buckley, MIA, Modest Mouse, Muse, Neon Blonde, Beck, the Foundations (can't get enough of Build Me Up Buttercup), Jet, Michael Jackson, Pilate, Radiohead, The Spill Canvas & Blood Brothers.
Quite an array... but I'm looking for some new stuff to download around those lines. Maybe something different sounding?
