I am looking for a song released in the early 70's called D.O.A.?

This song was pulled from the air after all the early 70's airplane crashes began. I have tried to find it through song title. Need the artist who sang it. Was kind of gruesome for it's time, certainly not now though. Lyrics talked about arm being amputated and feeling life slip away.

Mine is Patrick Wolf, who I love to bits and everyone should listen to (though start off with The Magic Position and work your way back to Lycanthropy as it's a bit odd), but if I'm going a bit more mainstream, it would be Muse.

I was wondering if anyone knows any really good artist managers as I need one?

Hi, my name is Tom Ryan and I am a singer/songerwriter/performer from Brisbane.
