It's a rock song and all I remember was the guy saying One Last Kiss alot. I've only heard it once so I can't remember. Sorry I know it's not much to go on, but if you have any idea please tell me!

the only words i can remember are thank you joe but in the song someone breaks down in their car and a guys stops to help...then somebody leaves a waitress a big tip and when sh gets home the guy that help the guy at the beginning is her husband and she say thank you joe
