I'm okay on the guitar and bought a cheapy stratocaster for £50, but i've seen this gibson les paul for £100, it's so much better. I don't know if i should buy it or not, i've been playing for 5 months or so. what do i do?

There's this band, Summoning, from Austria, called Summoning. I think they're awesome, and I was wondering if you like them, or at least heard of them. If you haven't, you should check them out.

I really like their song, "Nightshade Forests", I mean, it's just so beautiful. I turn off the lights and listen in peace.
By the way, Summoning's genre is black metal.

Do you listen to black metal? If you do, what are some bands that you recommend, and some of your favorite songs from them...?

I just heard this song with a cool whistling chorus throughout the song (especially at the end). It is not fast, but is a dance/techno type of song with singing in it. It isn't the pepsi commercial one by Newton (streamline) or the one by Bob Sinclair (World Hold On), but it is very similar to Bob Sinclair's song.
PLEASE HELP! Does anyone know a song that could possibly be it?

i am a singer and i am thinking of starting a band. but i have a small problem. i am not a songwriter. actually i am 17 (do you think i'll get any better as ii grow older?) and i have written 1 or 2 songs already but i don't think they are any good. could anyone suggest what i should do?? also i wanted to know if in all famous rock bands the lead singers are the ones who write the music?? if not can anyone name these bands and who writes the songs?? i would also like to know who writes the songs for the following artists:
