I'm a fan of Tim Burton and such, & I was just wondering {since Halloween is around the corner} What Halloween movies I should rent. I like scary movies, not fake scary movies. Those are completely boring. Please, with your help, my day could be so much better! Much Love and Peace-

It was about two people, she was really pretty and was seen as the school nerd,, he and his mates would take piss out of her but they got together.. until they found out she had leukimia. It was really goods as the guy went and tried to make all her wishes come true. They got married before she died.

My husband and I don't get to go out much, but we have two free movie tickets, is Man of the Year any good? I don't want links to read what critics wrote, I want real answers. Thanks. Has anyone else read a rumor that there's going to be a surprise cameo from some other superhero in this one. I read somewhere that Spidey is in the middle of a fight or some disaster and the article went on to say "You'll never believe who comes to the aid of Spiderman" I think it would be really cool. I mean it's Spiderman's movie but it gives a whole other dimension that it's a bigger world and there's more than one superhero.

Has anybody built a miniature set/landsape to film before? Do they have any advice on what materials to use?

I need to create a canyon - not lush, not desert - kinda inbetween.
I also need to find the materials to create buildings that look futuristic.

I heard that the movie 'Childs Play' was banned due to the Jamie Buldger incident a long time ago. I watched it in Japan and it doesn't even have an 18 rating there. Was it actually banned though or am I just dreaming it?

I watched Phenomena last night and thought it was a little too slow and didn't make much sense, but I freakin' LOVED the ending. Every monie should end like that. It was so unexpected, bizzarre and hilarious. I've also seen Suspira, which I liked, but I really didn't understand it. Also, What's the first movie in his Mother Trilogy?

I think that this movie is far better than 'Matrix'.
I'm just bored with the -you are the chosen one,you will save us,only you can prevent the world from the disaster...you know the drill.
Anyway the cast in 'Equilibrium' is excellent-everyone of them and the story is interesting with lots of action and the music is breath-taking!
Really love this movie!

Is anyone as tired as I am with these movie producers, directors, what have you that seem to think that they must have profanity spewing out of the mouths of young children in their movies? I'm no prude and I worked in a factory for many years where I heard every slang word in the english language and a few foreign, we called it "shop talk" and it was tolorated even though shop rules warned of possible reprimands.

In the movies I first took note with Speilbergs "ET" where some idiot thought it would be cute in the scene where the mother and kid's are eating a pizza at the dinner table to have one of the young children make a comment to his little sister " Drew Barymore" about five years old at the time that her breath was that of someone whom had just peformed oral sex if you get the drift.

Last night I rented a DVD with Nicholas Cage " The Weatherman" I did not catch the credits but obviously the producers must have hired the same idiot to give children vulgar lines.
