wat i mean when we see movies we see vulgarity shown on woman,s part. can woman cannot refuse to play this act.we cannot blame man for this?

A person cannot be exploited unless he or she consented to it. Any woman who wants to be an actress is open to exploitation but if they refuse to do so, they won't be any exploitation.
However, if it is a child, then it is clearly exploitation and against the law.
