Me and my main gal love Rent more than anyone in the world. My character is Mimi, and hers is Angel. (But, I'm not a junkie stripper and shes not a gay dragqueen) (As far as i know!) But we do have some qualities. I have Mimi's long dark wavy hair and LOVE of Roger. She has Angel's "bob" styled hair do and personality. Everyone now calls us Mimi and Angel and when we watch the movie, we're like "oh look at me in that scene". its so funny, and we love it. Is that wierd?

Ford: The man and the machine, in some parts when it showed Henry Ford's house, it didn't look a thing like his house, because I went inside the real one. The factory buldings and offices looked very realistic to the same ones they used. Do you know where the filming locations for this was?

When I was little. It was like the Little Mermaid but the girl was blonde. It is an older movie maybe even older than Disneys version of the little mermaid. I can't really remember any specific details. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about? Do you remember it? If you do what is it called? Who made it.. and what is it about exactly? If you could even find a website about it that would be great! In fact it might just get you 10 points... And I do choose best answers.

This post describes a graphic movie, rated R. Be careful if you're young.

I saw a movie when I was little that kind of traumatized me, and I want to watch it again as an adult and rid myself of the nightmarish way in which I remember it. However, I was young and I know almost nothing about it.

Things I remember:

There was a white boy who was orphaned(?) or somehow sent to a boarding school. The kids were exceptionally cruel to him, they beat him up, urinated on him in the shower, and killed his pet chicken (goose?) by hanging it on the end of a rope and possibly beating it with something. (I just remember blood and it swinging around.)

I believe it may have later been set in the South, or possibly in Africa, as even I sensed racial tension.

The white boy befriended a black man who was going to teach him how to box.

The black man was sent to a prison camp where he was forced to eat feces and then beaten in the face with a bat. He died from the injury.

Any ideas?

Sorry my english. I'm writing from Madrid (Spain). I don't like new James Bond. Julian McMahon (australian actor, "Bewitched", "Nip & Tuck") would be perfect. What do you think about? George Lazenby was australian actor and he was protagonist one James Bond's.
