I hate it when a movie's title is in the movie, in the dialogue especially. There are exceptions to this rule of course. When the movie title is a character in the movie, like rudy, or the goonies falls into that. OR if the title of the movie is an object in the movie, like the sandlot. Movies like Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Braveheart, or Star Wars could have used the title in the movie easily, but they didnt. One of the worst examples that i always think of is The Whole Nine Yards when Bruce Willis's wife is talking about why he wants to kill her, for the house, the millions of dollars...The whole nine yards, it kills me. Anyways, anyone agree with me?
It also factors in with CD's sharing the same title as the first single off the album. that sucks too

I've been watching that VH1 I love the 70's show, and John Waters keeps popping up and scaring me. I cannot stand that man, he makes me sick, and his movies are even worse. Hairspray and Pink Flamingoes really give me the chills and I think it took me a few days to really get over them the first time I saw them. Maybe it's just me.

So Im a film student and trying to write my first feature length movie. My idea starts with a normal family man, wife and 2 young children, 6 and 8 lets say. He goes to walk the dog with his son. when he comes back, he sees his wife and daughter are dead. He runs over to see what is wrong, and is obviously freaking out. Then his son comes in and he tells his son to call 911. He goes back to his wife, then looks back at his son and he is dead. Right when they show the dead son, it cuts to him waking up in a cold sweat. It was just a dream. Then it is revealed that he is in a mental institution. The rest of the movie is him dealing with the other patients, trying to get out and trying to figure out why he is there, he of course doesnt think anything is wrong with his family, it was just a dream. Then, through dreams and flashbacks it is revealed that his family IS dead, and he killed them. In the end he goes a crazy and is strapped to a bed mumbling to himself. Like it? Dont steal it!

Is a kids movie from the eighties about rabbits? I remember it being scary and kind of bloody. Rabbits getting killed and fighting, kinda creepy for a kids movie. Does anyone agree?
