I like watching movies that are really good or awesome. I don't want to waste my time seeing a movie that got 2 out of 4 stars. or so-so reviews. But so many people do watch them, and then I ask them about it, and they say "eh, it was alright"....They spend 10 bucks to see it and waste 2 hours of their time, for an "alright" movie.

I usually check reviews before a movie, and rarely see movies cuz they mostly suck. I usually check yahoo reviews or rottentomatoes.com before i watch something..

What are your views on seeing mediocre to horrible movies? thanks.

Hilarious and Fascinating - Owen Gleiberman, Entertainment Weekly... It's funny and it makes you think; isn't that the definition of a good joke? - Josh Bell, Las Vegas Weekly... Hilarious, jarring, shocking - Chris Carle, IGN Filmforce...

I have to say that it was the most painful movie I ever sat through. I kept waiting for it to be funny and it refused. I will frequently find myself at a theater being the only one (or one of few) that "gets the joke" when one is "slid in", but this movie..... Am I the only one who didn't "get it"?
