Has anyone had a bad experience with them? Since there aren't late fees ever, what if you don't return a movie or say you never got it? Also, people say you get a movie that's "in queue", so do you just pick a list and they randomly send you a movie without you picking from the list? Thanks alot.....

I wish there wasn't so much squid in the movie..4 squid attacks?? Give me a break
